Who will I be working with?ROGUE is a one-person creative agency, which means no middlemen, no outsourcing, no surprises. You’re working directly with me, your strategist, designer, and creative partner with 20 years of experience. Every pixel, every plan, every project.

Do I need to sign a contract?ROGUE runs best with long-term partnerships of 12 months. Creative strategy works best when there’s trust, momentum, and consistency. If you desire to cancel before your commitment ends, there will be a charge of one month's retainer fee. We always prefer to work out any concerns, roadblocks, or problems that may come up.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?Nope. You can add as many requests to your Trello queue as you like. I work on one at a time to maintain top-tier focus and detail. Every deliverable is treated like the main event—because it is.

What is the typical turnaround time for projects?Typically, projects are crafted, modified, and completed within 2 business days. Larger deliverables such as brand guides, books, or landing pages may take longer, but you will see consistent progress updates on your Trello board.

Will I have ownership of the design files?Yes, you will have full ownership of all final files, which will be accessible in a shared online folder. This includes logos, PDFs, exports, and editable files—everything you need to manage your brand effectively.

How do I request work?All requests are submitted with your own custom form that is connected to your online Trello board. You can: Add details to existing projects Adjust the priority order of the projects in your queue Attach screenshots, documents, or wireframes Drop in a Loom video for quick ideas Leave comments and revisions anytime If it can be shared on Trello, it works.

What if I don't like the design?No stress—this is a collaborative process. We’ll revise until it feels right. Creative ego doesn’t live here.

Do you offer refunds?Because this is high-level custom work, no refunds are offered once a project is underway. But if something’s off—I’ll fix it. Period.

What happens if I don't have enough design work for a month?You have two choices: Pause your plan to avoid any wasted time or money and resume when you're ready. Alternatively, continue your partnership to have full access to design services whenever needed, ensuring peace of mind.

What is the onboarding process like?After subscribing, you will gain access to a private Trello board where all project requests, files, and feedback are managed. The setup usually takes less than an hour, and once completed, we start working on your projects immediately.

Will I be able to communicate with a real person?Absolutely! You will work directly with your creative partner, not a support team. You can schedule monthly strategy calls as part of your retainer to discuss questions, upcoming projects, and receive strategic coaching from our expert creative director.

What's the typical turnaround time?This depends on the size and scope of the project. Most design requests are delivered in 1-2 business days. For larger projects, you will receive daily progress updates. Revisions take 1-2 business days as well, depending on the complexity.

How do I get my final files?Final files are delivered safe and secure to you via a shared Google Drive folder, organized and ready to use across all your platforms.

How do I submit new project requests?You will get a custom Trello board with a built-in project form just for you. Complete the form every time you need a new project and it will go straight into your intake column—simple and fast.

What types of deliverables are included?Everything! From digital brand guides, logos, campaigns to social posts, pitch decks and presentations, as well as custom websites—whatever moves your brand forward. Within the design request form, you will be asked any size preferences or format needs.

How many projects can I request?There is NO project cap, you can submit as many requests as you want. We work on one request at a time to ensure quality and efficiency. We will have the ability to move projects up the queue depending on their priority level.
